A complaint against Arakelyan

Giovanni Christen who was insulted by Arakelyan during exchanging (the  email from Arakelyan to Giovanni Christen was posted here)  tried to call him in Armenia to discuss this matter as Arakelyan posted his phone number.  Giovanni informed me that number is not connected.  Arakelyan what are you doing?
